Marketing Resources
Marketing is not as difficult as you may think. In fact, your employees market your credit union to your members every day. They do this through their facial expressions, the quality of service that they provide, and the degree of knowledge that they possess about the credit union and the services it offers.
However, large or small, all credit unions can initiate planned marketing activities as well. All it takes is a goal, a plan and a budget. The resources on this page can help you with your marketing efforts.
MCUA also has sample and template versions of basic marketing plans and budgets on file that we'd be happy to share with you. Email your request to
publicrelations@mscua.com.
